tonight nrk the hospital. >> the family of a missing oakland woman asking for help and tracking her down tonight. 31-year-old erica mascales was walking past a bakery and this is surveillance video capturing her at that time. mascaleres supposed to fly to visit her brother but never made the trip. friday, her cell phone stopped working. her mother is hoping for nafgs could lead to her return. >> you don't want to think thoughts it's been, you know days now. and we haven't heard from her. so i'm confident the police know what they're doing and are going to follow leads and find her. >> well, this weekend the family was concerned police did not track her atm card or cell phone. the police department says they're investigating this case. >> a moderate earthquake

cheryl sandberg released a book on how other women can take steps to succeed in the work place. she's on the cover of "time" magazine, a featured guest on "katie". facebook's coo is gegt a lot of attention for her book, lean in. >> no matter how much progress women have made we're very far from having our share of the leadership roles anywhere in the world. >> sandberg, who is 43 is a woman in a position of corporate power. women attain more than half of the college degrees making up only about 4% of the fortune 500 ceos. sandberg suggests it's because society is still biased. >> we call our daughters boss yeechl we don't call our sons bossy wex need to look at our daughters and say shaez executive leadership skills.
